The Diocese of Orlando Office of Catholic Schools is advertising for four high school principals to begin service on July 1, 2010. The Diocesan high schools have recently adopted the President/Principal model of governance which has made available four positions for the 2010-2011 academic year. Principals will be sought for Bishop Moore Catholic High School in Orlando; Father Lopez Catholic High School in Daytona Beach; Santa Fe Catholic High School in Lakeland and Trinity Catholic High School in Ocala.
Preferred Skills: Applicants must be practicing Catholics with a strong sense of the Catholic identity of a school. Applicants must have a Master’s Degree or higher in Educational Leadership and must have or be eligible for Florida State teacher certification. Administrators should have no less than three years of experience at the secondary level. All applicants will be screened and approved by the Office of Catholic Schools team prior to interview by the local search committee. Applicants are requested to indicate their interest in all or specific school openings.
