Congratulations to Our 17 AP Scholars!
The AP Program offers several AP Scholar Awards to recognize high school students who have demonstrated college-level achievement through AP courses and exams. In 2016 Santa Fe Catholic’s Total Scholars: 17; Average Score: 3.67.
The National AP Scholar is granted to students in the United States who receive an average score of at least 4 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams. For as long as Mrs. Skalski can remember, Shawn Proctor is the first and only National AP Scholar with an average score of 4.20!
AP Scholar with Distinction is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.50 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams. 6 AP Scholars; Average Score 4.04: Adam M. Bodolay, Adriana S. Hall, Joseph G. Preziosi, Claudia Stangl, Gabrielle N. Fazekas, and Shawn Proctor.
AP Scholar with Honor is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams. 3 AP Scholars with Honor; Average Score 3.43: James DePadua, Rachel E. Jenkins, and Jason Sirera.
AP Scholar is granted to students who receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP Exams. 7 AP Scholars; Average Score 3.5: Daniel M. Barrios, Meghan Kelly, Connor Lovely, Elijah T. Muhammad, Ned R. Panara, and Tesia M. Doriguzzi!
